We believe that The Scent Review would be a great place for your to advertise. I'll bet you're stunned to hear that!  Maybe we owe you some reasons to believe it.

• We have approximately 1,200 member and we're growing.

• The vast majority of our members are buyers of candle, bath & body and craft supplies. And, they also buy a lot of other stuff! You don't have to be a candle supplies vendor to advertise here. The board owner would LOVE having some non-competitors advertising on The Scent Review for obvious reasons.
• BUT, even though this is a supplier owned board, it is a unique supplier owned board. We do absolutely NOTHING to control our members mention of any of the owners competitors, therefore, if a member is pleased with you, your products and your service they're completely free to post their praise here! 
• And, finally, we offer you reasonable advertising rates and the ability to determine the value of your ad expenditures.
  • When you place an ad on The Scent Review you will receive your own login account where you can view your own ad exposures and clicks!
  • If you prefer, we'll email those stats to you weekly! We don't do it .... the system does it.

The banners are changed on page refresh. And on a forum such as this, there are many page refreshes. Every opening and closing of a forum or a topic or a post is a "refresh".

We do NOT auto rotate banners. We COULD, but, there's a good reason for NOT doing it. Auto rotation of TRACKED BANNERS requires a "refresh". If the pages are not refreshed, THEN THE BANNER MUST BE REFRESHED. That continual refreshing virtually wrecks the "flow" of the forum and seriously slows the down the entire site. Typing pauses during refreshes. Everything stops until the refresh is completed. With 5 or 6 locations (containing 5 or 6 banners) refreshing every 10 or 20 seconds you can easily see the severity of the problem.

We're not talking about "animated banners". You CAN HAVE animated banners but banners will change on page refresh only. Keep in mind the hidden ADVANTAGE. When your banner appears, until THEY DO SOMETHING TO REFRESH they're going to be seeing ONLY YOU!

All banners, even those placed for the OWNER receive equal "weight" for appearing on refresh. When all is said and done, after 24 hours, all banner exposures can be expected to be equal. Do NOT sit and refresh the pages to count your exposures vs. everyone else. It doesn't work! You may just upset yourself for nothing or think you're getting whale of a deal.  We can't even explain how it's works but it does work. Overall the exposures ARE EQUAL!
